A wide range of activities will make your trip aboard Rose of Java an unforgettable experience. Be it exploring hidden bays or relaxing on the beach, there is something for everyone. We will guide you through the magnificent Polynesian waters to discover the beauty of the archipelago.

The rhythm of a stay

During sailing, you can take part in the manoeuvres while learning to sail, enjoy the landscape or fish by trolling. It is with great pleasure that we prepare the catch of the day for you!

At anchor, themed cruises or snorkelling, wake (foil), surf (foil/kite), relaxation or spearfishing for fans! On land, we will be there to accompany you on the desired activities.

We will take you to the best kite, wing-foil and surf spots, while respecting nature and its inhabitants.

The trade winds (SE wind) are from June to September. However, we can already enjoy favourable winds from April to October.

For the Tuamotus, the best conditions are between June and August.

We can organize specialized weeks in search for the best winds in lagoons (swimming pools) or wave spots, depending on your desires and skills.

Surf

We have two surf seasons throughout the year.

From November to May: North swell on Society islands: Tahiti, Moorea, Huahine, Raiatea and Tuamotu: Rangiroa, Fakarava, Faaite, Apataki, Makemo

From June to October: South swell on Society Islands: Tahiti, Raiatea, Moorea, Huahine and Tuamotu: Tikehau, Apataki, Fakarava
