Tahiti (Society Island)

The Queen of the Islands

Recommendation: min. 7-9 days

Bougainville's "New Cythera" is not only an economic centre with its city of Papeete. There are majestic valleys that flow into the lagoon, rich and preserved archaeological sites, volcanic mountains... It is also a large island that offers an infinite range of exceptional land and water activities. Little sailed unlike the Society Islands, Tahiti offers several wonders to discover in its stretch of blue and turquoise lagoons. Why not take a tour of the island in search of the navigators of the 18th century: Wallis the 1st in Matavaï Bay - Venus Point (1767), Bougainville in Hitiaa Bay (1768) then Cook in Tautira Bay 🥾😎 🛶🪁🏄🏻🤿

Moorea (Society Islands)

Nature Island, 14 NM / 2-3 hrs sailing from Tahiti

Recommendation: min. 3-4 days

Magical island, Tahiti's little sister has all the assets that gives it its originality and charm. A true flowery and heavenly Garden of Eden with mysterious mountains and ubiquitous within its luxuriant nature... At the heart of it, the valleys and their waterfalls awaits you, as well as the remains of the archaeological past of the Ma'ohi civilization. Marae and tikis rest there peacefully, not far from the large pineapple, banana or vanilla plantations... Around the island, the beaches follow one another, offering a range of blue colours as sublime as the seabed, ideal for snorkelling, kitesurfing and surfing.

The municipality of Moorea also includes the neighbouring island of Maia, where you can take a buoy. Distance 45NM speak 7hrs of sailing from Moorea, the contrast is striking.
